Showings are Monday thru Friday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, by appointment only; with evening and weekend showings only at select buildings. When inquiring on a unit, please specify Name of Building, Type of Unit and Price of Unit.
Pet approval or denial is solely building owners decision. Combined weight of pets not to exceed 35 pounds; two pet max. Pet deposit will be required. See Pet Policy & Restricted Dog Breed tabs for more info.
12 months minimum lease on all buildings; 6 month leases available on certain buildings with 10% monthly surcharge. Out of state applications and I20 Student Visa applications are welcome. Co signers are allowed in certain circumstances; call to discuss.
Unless otherwise stated, street parking only at all buildings. Monthly Parking may be available at neighborhood parking structures; the average price for monthly parking is $100 per month. Applicant to confirm both the availability and pricing of parking with parking structure.
